Before you open a ticket

Check the FAQ and troubleshooting in the docs. Most problems are answered there.
If Omen stopped working after a Roblox update, wait for the next Omen update. It shows on the Home page of the app.

What to include

The email on your Omen account.
What you were doing and what went wrong, with a screenshot if you can.
For key problems, the order date and whether you bought from this site or a reseller.

Keys from resellers

If a reseller didn't deliver your key, contact them first. Their sales aren't ours, as explained in the Terms of Service. We can still check whether a key you received is valid.
